Instructions for filling out scholarship
application:
The application form is fillable in the
Acrobat reader. This feature allows you to fill out the form on-screen
for printing only. You CANNOT save the
filled-in form.
- Download and print the blank application.
- Review the application and prepare a draft of your submissions.
- Have all necessary information completed before you start the online
process as any incomplete data will be lost if you do not complete
the application and print it in one sitting.
- Prepare your essay answer using any word processing software, print
it and include it with your application.
- Click the reset form button only after you have printed your completed
application.
- Compile you completed application, essay question and transcipt(s)
and submit to Hotel & restaurant Foundation office.
WARNING - You can fill out this PDF form
online, but you cannot save it electronically unless you have an Acrobat
program other than an Acrobat reader. You can print the form blank or filled-out.
(don't forget to click the reset form button after
you have completed the application form to clear your personal data
from the browser.)
